Kaitlin and I designed and created a 12 course meal with the assistance of 8 friends. There were 9 guests and the meal took approximately 3 hours

This time Kait and I created a 10 course dining experience with only 2 assistants. The meal sampled dishes from 7 different countries. Seven people enjoyed the experience which lasted about 2 1/2 hours.
